Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

It was a wonderful stay and was very pleasant stay. It’s like we can have our privacy and felt like family home. There is no any restrictions to use kitchen and general place. But we have to be very responsible as a human being.

I really enjoyed my stay this Airbnb in Yerevan and had an excellent experience. The location is in a charming neighborhood, about a 30-minute walk from the city center. It was perfect for me since I needed a quiet place to focus on my online work. The internet was fast, which was a huge plus. The neighborhood was very friendly, and I enjoyed my morning walks with a stunning view of Mount Ararat on clear days. The host was super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. If you don't mind a bit of walking, I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and productive stay.
