We felt comfortable from the first moment. Nice contact with the family. Everything that was needed was available. On the terrace there was a gas grill at our disposal. Sun loungers available in large numbers. Even a bike shed was offered to us for our bikes. Anytime we would rent this house again!!!! It was a successful holiday!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Weyerbach very much. The house is comfortable, modern, spacious and rather well equipped, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The surroundings also lend themselves well to bike tours. Small complaints were immediately answered and resolved, the owners are very kind and helpful. The sauna and wine cellar (in the photos) were not accessible, but we didn't need it. The price for a week is certainly relatively high, but since we booked last minute, we were very satisfied. We recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! It looks absolutely stunning and offers everything you need for a relaxing time with friends or family. We had so much fun and felt completely at home. Communication before and during our stay was excellent – the property manager was always available and took great care of everything. Highly recommended for group events or getaways. We’d love to come back!

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Petra's house is perfect for traveling with a group of friends/family. It is large, equipped with everything necessary and has a great garden with pool, barbecue and loungers so you can relax here superbly. In Langenlois, 10 minutes away, there are a few good restaurants and in Mittelberg we can highly recommend a visit to the Groiss winery. We had a great time and can fully recommend the place!

Felix was a great host! Even though we were late and had to leave, he left us the keys, he greeted us the next morning and gave us a lot of tips about the neighborhood, he showed her girlfriend the horse on his property and was always available, kind and helpful. KernAlm's house is the perfect place to get out of the city, lots of space in a beautiful place with amazing views of forests, horses. Amazing peace and getting up everyday to the sounds of birds, complete darkness and silence at night. We can only recommend and will be happy to come back. :-)

Nice and cosy apartment, with a fully-equipped kitchen, suitable for even 6 people (with a big sofa). The hosts are friendly and welcoming :)

I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle. By car, you can quickly get to Melk if you are looking for hustle and bustle.

A very neat house with complete privacy. 2 full bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, separate toilet and living room and a kitchen. Everything is there. We stayed well with 2 small children for a week. Thank you.

We had a very nice stay! The apartments were very clean, the bathrooms and sanitary facilities new. The kitchen was well equipped. For future visitors, it would be good to know that towels are not provided so that you can bring your own. In addition, the control of the electric heating was not possible everywhere, so it was relatively cool in the bedrooms. At night, however, we didn't have to freeze and it was warm enough. In the common room we were able to heat the tiled stove. Cozy, clean apartments without frills at a very fair price!

Amazing place, warm welcoming host (even if she talked only german communication wasn't problem). Perfect place to be there with small kid (He was very excited with all animals around).I can only recommended.

A charming, well-maintained house on a quiet, leafy street. Plenty of parking. Large backyard is also beautifully maintained. Spotlessly clean. High quality appliances, including washer. Weitra is a lovely town with outstanding infrastructure for its size. A time capsule, but with modern amenities. A good place to get away from it all. Vivian was a kind and uncomplicated host. In short, highly recommended on all counts.

All in all, a top accommodation and Marion is very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful lake house in the very peaceful Grundlsee! We were 2 couples and rented this house for 3 nights to do trips to Hallstatt and Gosau. We wish we had more time! Grundlsee is a lovely and peaceful lakeside town with a walkway along the lake. We enjoyed taking a afternoon stroll along the lake. Get a bottle of wine or beer and have a picnic next to the lake with sunset, it's so special. The house itself have ample room for 4 adults. Two big living spaces, washing machine and adequate kitchen appliances. We wish there was a microwave oven, that is the only thing that we missed in the kitchen. Otherwise you have everything you need to self cater for a family. We appreciated the welcome drink and local snacks the host left us, made us feel very welcome :)

There is also Wi-Fi in the accommodation, which should be mentioned in the future. Owning Mr. Fries is a very warm gatsgeber. We were left nothing to be desired in the house. Everything is consistent, here and there the appliances are a little dated, but again functional and intact. The garden is magnificent, the house very spacious. I'm sure we'll be back!
