Our studio is 22 m2 with separate access. Yes, it’s small but still has a living room, mezzanine, kitchen and toilet/shower room. It is located in Thairy,quiet, 15 minutes walk from downtown Saint Julien en Genevois where you will find buses to Geneve and its surroundings... Shops, small restaurants are 5 minutes walk. We are a 5-minute drive to the train station and 20 minutes to Geneva airport and Lake Annecy. Our parking lot is private. Breakfast is offered with homemade jams....
