The urban area is really nera the house and you can enjoy the lovely food in soem restaurants or just enjoy the natural landscape by wlaking around or just enjoy a nice drink in one of the river-fronts. Public transportations are not the best, but you can visit some of the surrounding towns if you are good in making plans... This is my home. I reconstructed it myself. It's full of love...

Welcome to our house with history! Recanto brings together comfort, tradition and simplicity in a perfect fusion with the mountains. It has a house with a balcony and a garden that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, overlooking a verdant landscape that makes it a harmonious and cozy space. We are located in the Peneda-Gêres National Park, 5 minutes from the center of Ponte da Barca and Arcos de Valdevez, 30 minutes from Spain, 35 minutes from Viana do Castelo and Braga, and 1 hour from Porto.

We intend to offer unique and unforgettable experiences, with panoramic and breathtaking views of the surrounding region. Casa do Azevim, is located in Gavieira in Arcos de Valdevez, is very cozy, has 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed for the capacity of 4 people. The house has a rustic look, however it guarantees the necessary modern amenities. The view is breathtaking, at the foot of the Serra da Peneda (inserted in the Peneda-Gerês National Park), where you can go hiking or relax.

Quinta das Tendas

Quinta das Tendas is an ideal place for a city getaway. Inserted in a surrounding environment by mountain and stream in the locality of Sil/Grade, Arcos de Valdevez. It is about 10 km from the center of the village and 12 km from the Sanctuary of Peneda. It consists of 2 houses, one main and one recovered for local accommodation.

Casa do Cacho, recovered to create family memories, in full communion with the nature and unique landscape of Sistelo's terraces, shaped for hundreds of years by human intervention, are the ex-libris of the village and true symbols of the secular conviviality between Man and Nature.
