The house consists of a living room (sofa bed 2 people), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, an equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, plates), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a terrace with a table, sunbeds, pets allowed. (sheets and towels not included)

Its elevated layout is the name of "la Hune", which refers to an observation platform installed in the cheekbone of the ship's mast. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a salt pool.

Ideally located on a very quiet street in the center of Ares, you'll be a 3-minute walk to the basin and a 15-minute drive to Cap Ferret's ocean beaches. You can do anything on foot or by bike (walks, beach, shopping, Arès market). You can also enjoy the garden and large wooden terrace, in a peaceful environment.
