Cerca de la playa pero lo suficientemente separado para tener mayor tranquilidad y confort. Es un primero sin ascensor, con escalera fácil, pero necesita subir escaleras. Es un edificio dedicado al descanso y disfrute de las costas, gastronomía, por tanto no se permiten fiestas ni ruidos a partir 11pm hasta las 10 am. Podrán fumar exclusivamente en las terrazas, no en el interior. No se permiten fiestas, eventos o ruidos a partir 23h.
