The apart is a nice place with a lot of art and creativity, with a green space ahead, very safe. It has STABLE wifi in case you need to work. The room has a placard and we do not have air conditioning or TV. If you need to wash we have that service, with charge, since in the space you cannot do it. There is also a fan for the heat. For those who like to walk, they have 22 blocks to the microcenter and bus as well. The area is commercial with business.

Charming, rustic, very bright 19th C studio, restored with original doors and windows. The studio is totally independent with a private entrance with a covered parking space. We have a double bed and an original 19th-century Victorian bed for extra guests, a powerful ceiling fan and Air Condistioning, for use if the temperature soars. We have a microwave to heat fast food and a refrigerator to keep fresh drinks and snacks
