A gorgeous house, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, 5 blocks from vibrant Palemo Soho Plaza Serrano. As you enter the house on the ground floor there is a hall, then a nice living room with fireplace, plus dining room, all looking to a nice courtyard full of plants, with a barbecue. The kitchen and a toilett complete the ground floor and then a staircase brings you to the bedrooms. On the 1st floor the main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with bathtube. Other 2 bedrooms might have one queen or 2 twin beds . There is another full bathroom with an open prebathroom, 2 lavatories, and a bathtube. Finally there is an office that could also be a 4th bedroom with 2 twin bed. On the 2nd floor there is a gorgeous playroom, 2 nice terraces with tables and sunbeds to hang out in the sun and a small bathroom with shower, plus laundry including washing machine and dryer. The house easily accommodates 8 persons, up to 10 considering 2 beds in the playroom. There is Wi Fi, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living and dining room and playroom. And 2 LCDs 32” TV with cable, between other services. Maid service: 8 hours a week.

Beautiful modern and peaceful home in Sierra de los Padres. Incredible view of the sierras with the best sunsets. Ideal to enjoy with family. The house is very comfortable with big spaces, and a great covered deck along the front to enjoy the views. It is also surrounded by a great land. The entrance is shared with the neighbours. There are some friendly dogs that come to visit but they are not allowed inside the house. 5min drive to center Sierra (30' walking) 30min drive to Mar del Plata

You can sit down and relax on the terrace and in the garden in the quiet area. You can also enjoy long walks in the surrounding area, also on hors back. It's one hour walk next to the lake from the downtown.
