We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment located in the Upstate South Carolina. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.
