This apartment was perfect and had everything I needed. Very close to multiple supermarkets and pharmacies all within 3 minute walk. The mega mall is also only 15 minute walk away. Great location and a great responsive host.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Great host. Apartment is exactly what you see. Taxi into Yerevan cheap. All groceries etc within walking distance.

A very clean and great house, exactly like the photos, in a good location with good access to the shopping center, with great amenities, and with a great owner who was available at all times and responded quickly. He prepared a great barbecue for us and quickly guided us with any questions we had. The house was very safe and clean and had a great view. I will definitely choose Armen again on my next trip to Yerevan. I highly recommend this house to anyone planning to visit Yerevan. Thank you Armen.
