We loved our stay at Brian's home! We especially enjoyed spending time relaxing in the backyard and being in the hot tub and pool. Brian was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. The location was perfect for us. It is close to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay! Our plan was to find a fun place to stay with a kid (10 years old) and this house was a definite win! From swimming to basketball to playing pool, we were really happy we booked this listing. The directions/instructions were super clear, and tackled all possible questions/concerns right from the start. If you have a multi-family need, having 3 rental options on the same property is cool too! We have family in Phoenix so are definitely keeping this listing for the next time we visit.

This property is just as it is described in the listing. Overall, excellent condition and it’s a great rental property. The owner provided more than enough items for your stay. The pool is very clean and the backyard is private and a great place to spend the day. I will stay there again the next time I’m in the area.

This house is perfect for a group looking to entertain and relax in the heated pool, or access the park directly in the backyard. The common space was recently updated with all new appliances, including the washer and dryer. Overall this place was great, but lacked attention to detail in cleanliness. The baseboard trim, bathroom vent fans and exposed HVAC air filters were all obviously in need of attention, amongst other areas. I’d stay here again, but for the price I’d have expected a cleaner place.

This was a fabulous location, great house, great view. I hosted my exec team for a retreat and we loved the house, loved the back deck with great furniture, and spent time by the pool. There were multiple coffee shops within two miles, and great food - fast-food or dine in. Ryan and team were great to communicate with. We had to contact them during our stay and they sent someone right over. I would highly recommend this house!

Our girls trip was absolutely amazing thanks to this beautiful home! Everything you need and more are available to you. The pictures don't do it justice! It was so gorgeous, peaceful and clean! We would love to come back at some point.

I really want to give this place a full five stars because host Connor was absolutely exceptional and genuinely great to deal with. The house itself is spacious, well laid out, and the pool/cabana area is a highlight—such a great spot to relax and enjoy. There are a few areas in the home that could use some TLC—like loose towel racks, a microwave that only worked half the time, slide was a bit rough on the bottom (but didn’t stop the kids, they just all put on shorts!) We did come across some cleanliness issues, melted candy in a closet, a lemon under the bed, crumbs and wrappers under couch cushions that look to have been there for a while. That said, I would still highly recommend this place. When I brought these things to Connor’s attention, he was very receptive and took the feedback seriously. I have no doubt the issues will be dealt with swiftly. With a little more attention to the details, this place would be an easy five stars!

Amanda's home is very relaxing and in a beautiful location. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evening, watching the birds on the lake. The home is very quiet at night, which is a treat, with no traffic noise. A wonderful home for a family gathering, and we made use of the barbecue and were able to eat comfortably at the outdoor table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this home for a great getaway to explore Phoenix. We spent an entire day at the Desert Botanical Garden with our grandkids, and the butterflies alone are well worth the visit.

Katie’s home was beautiful and very welcoming. There was a beautiful backyard area with mini golf, a pool, and just overall a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Katie was also very good are checking in to make sure we were okay, and also very good with instructions/responses to questions we had during our stay. Will definitely be returning when I’m in the area!

Melody was a fantastic host. She was very accommodating and even let us check in a day early. She was very responsive when communicating with her and provided a fantastic comfortable home for our stay. Highly recommended

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and absolutely loved it! The house was roomy, clean, cute, and super cozy — perfect for a group getaway. It had everything we needed and more, and the vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy time with friends. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with airbnb! ShLee was amazing! So helpful and kind! The pool is incredible and the entire home is gorgeous! I will be staying here everytime I come to Arizona! It doesn't get better than this!

We came as 4 couples. It was perfect for our group. Between the apartment suite and the giant primary suite…. There was a lot of space for us. We loved staying here!

Great stay! The host provided everything that we could have needed to make us feel right at home. We loved all of the extra towels, bedding, and kitchen foods/items that were available. Host was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about our stay. It was great having a pool & hot tub which made for some relaxing days in the sun. We were able to do many hikes from the house to South Mountain since it’s only a short distance from the house. We felt very much at home with all the amenities for cooking & the barbecue in the back yard. Calin was super responsive & accommodated all our needs.

From the moment that we walked into the house it felt very good to us—beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and with very comfortable sofa and chair in living room for watching tv. The neighborhood had great walking paths to and through parks which we enjoyed each morning. Gloria responded in minutes to any questions that we had. She certainly deserves the title of “super host”. We are already planning a return stay!
