You will not want to miss visiting "Cotton`s Cabin" and all that it has to offer. This newly built town-home is beautifully decorated, loaded with amenities and set up to accommodate up to 8 people. It’s located in the serene subdivision of Pinnacle Pines, about three miles from Historic Downtown Flagstaff and NAU. Only 20 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Resort, 45 minutes to the glorious Red Rocks of Sedona, and 1 ½ hours to the Majestic Grand Canyon. As you enter this lovely home, you will see that it feels very much like something you viewed in a "Pottery Barn" catalog. The colors and feeling are peaceful and serene. The main level includes all of the living areas and one of two master bedrooms. There is also a half bath downstairs. The family room, dining area, and kitchen are all very open and airy, providing an ideal environment for spending time with family and friends. The family room is not only beautiful but also warm and comfortable. There is a flat-screen television, along with Apple TV, so you can watch your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The family room also has a glass door opening to a quaint backyard, that looks out on to the forest. It is the perfect place for your morning coffee. There is also a gas barbecue grill. The impressive kitchen is adorned with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen/dining areas are as warm and lovely as the rest of the home, including numerous special touches. The area is well equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal including: serve-ware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and crock pot. Lastly, the main area includes a sublime master bedroom/ bathroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, lots of natural light and overall pleasing surroundings. The master bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a beautifully tiled shower. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a very charming Loft area. The loft provides yet another beautiful, comfortable place to hang out. There is a second flat-screened television, also with Apple TV. There is a PS3 video game system, that can also serve as Blu-Ray DVD player. One of the two upstairs bedrooms serves as a 2nd Master bedroom, with it`s own bathroom. The other 2nd level bedroom is divine, as seen in the photos. Both upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. There is also a queen sized air-mattress that can accommodate two people. There is another full size bathroom on the second level, as well as a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Complete with a two car garage, this home is centrally located, and the perfect place to call home while exploring the magnificence of Northern Arizona year round! We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. Pets are not permitted. This is our premier property, our designer went all out with a boho chic luxury concept! Everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy. King in master, Queen in guest room. Queen pull out couch in the living room and a high end raised queen air mattress in the closet should you choose to use it. Property has an open concept layout, 2 big bedrooms and 2 full beautiful bathrooms. You can sleep up to 8. The sheets are all 1200 thread count, comes with soap/shampoo, hair dryer, soft towels etc - only the best for our guests! The heated pool is about 20 steps from your door. Unit comes with private parking spot and plenty of visitor parking. Living room has a brand new 55 inch LED TV with Netflix and Cable channels, all furniture is brand new and very comfortable (we gave our decorator no budget, she did a great job!). The entire condo is serviced with free lightening fast Wi-Fi. Entire property If you need anything, we are available. We only live 2 miles from this Air B & B. The condo is walking distance to hiking, golf, 5-star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, Spring Training, and nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale. It's a few minutes to Talking Stick Casino, Salt River Fields, Westworld Arabian Horse Show, and Barrett Jackson Auto Auction.
