Monthly Rentals in Arkwright

We highly recommend Brenda’s place in Cassadaga. It is in a quiet, neighborhood with Cassadaga Lake within walk distance. Brenda is a great host- very responsive. We particularly liked the large kitchen space. Plenty of hot water and a good strong shower head in the bathroom. The house is very clean and exactly as described. We would look forward to staying here again. Please note that although the description states two people, there are two bedrooms, each containing a double bed. So the house adequately sleeps four.

Was in for a softball tournament and the place was perfect 14 minutes from all of the fields. It was close but far enough out of town that I felt like I could get peace. Host was very responsive. All in all I would do rent this space again if I had to come back out there.

Such an amazing lil' place to find home in the woods! Many might be hesitant not having a bathroom in the cabin, thought the "Shitter", was immaculately clean, no smell, completely warm and once you place the toilet liner in, do that business... and flush, it is gone! Hot tub very spacious and hot!!! (can adjust lower if need be). The guest kitchen, food prep, get your coffee area, was very accommodating and tidy. The whole scene, feel, and folks I encountered made me want to return again and again!
