“Joan’s condo was the perfect place for our family of four during our recent ski weekend! There was plenty of sitting and sleeping room! The condo was well stocked with key rig coffees and other essentials to make our stay easy. Can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outside patio and the lake!”
Charming 2 Bedroom/1 Bath home that has been totally remodeled. Brand new kitchen, appliances, floors, furniture, and more! Home has an open concept kitchen-living room, large bedrooms, huge deck with dining table and extra seating. There is an additional folding single bed if needed in MBR closet. Gas grill. Almost 1/2 acre backyard. Well behaved pets are welcome as are children.
“Great little house in the heart of Westfield. Minutes from Main St. area with restaurants and shops...don’t miss out on Portage Pies! It is walkable too if that’s something you’re looking for. Also nearby are wineries and breweries. We really like the wines at Johnson Estates and 21 Brix. We’ve stayed here several times and always look forward to our return visits.”
Ray & Patty welcome you to this cozy country style with an eat in kitchen. You can cook farm fresh brown eggs and breakfast items provided. grill out doors enjoying some organic grass fed beef available at Spas farm just up the back road. relax on the front porch swing or sit beside the camp fire at your private fire pit. camp fire wood available. we're located across the road from camp Chautauqua and many attractions nearby.
“We were totally satisfied with this quaint, older (Ask Ray about the fascinating history.), sparkling clean, very comfortable cottage. Next trip to Chautauqua County, we will stay here again. Amenities were very nice. Bathroom is tiny, so best for a couple, yet otherwise plenty roomy with eat-in kitchen. Outdoor gas grill and a fire pit with wood. No direct feed for TV (No cable, no dish), so it took us a day to catch on. Once we did, it was fine. Wifi was good. We are old school, but if you have streaming services, I suppose you won't miss a beat. Very short drive over the bridge to Bemus Point, where you can spend a fun afternoon or evening in summer season. (Order some Buffalo wings.) Lakewood is maybe 15 minutes, Jamestown 25 min.? The picture doesn't reveal that the cottage is quite close to a road that circles the lake and the road has some regular (not constant) traffic during the day. This was absolutely no problem for us, and we live in the country with zero traffic. Only thing I might suggest is the addition of a picnic table out back for summer stays of more than a couple days. Hosts are very accommodating.”
