No2 We supply continental Breakfast just like we have, We have 4 beagles who are like our children and live with us IN THE house and with you if you want. If you don't like dogs this place is not for you. We LOVE DOGS. Late check out 12. pm $20. We are very centrally located. You have a shared bathroom, so keep clean for next person , if there is another guest but there is a second bathroom if needed. Very close to Restaurants Pubs. FYI. we have CCTV and WIFI .

My home is situated near the town of Armidale. Great restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, public transport. . Warm in winter with electric blankets and donnas. Air conditioned in summer and ceiling fans. My place is good for couples. Ideal for University students in Armidale for Intensive Schools. Pick up from airport available. ALL ADULT GUESTS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED.
