“Marco is a consummate host: kind, responsive, patient, thoughtful. I stayed at two of his apartments while in the area, and both were excellent. Easily 5 stars. Marco also fielded my many questions about getting by public transportation to Agerola, the trailhead of the Path of the Gods. He helped me over and over find ways to get there, then back from Positano. He had restaurant recommendations in all the towns of the Amalfi Coast. He’s a first-class host in every way. Thank you so much, Marco!!”
The house is situated in the Village of Arola, on the hills between the gulf of Napoli and the Amalfi Coast, is a creative space in the middle of a Vineyard and olive three cultivation, composed by a large common room with the fireplace, sofas, music and a lot of books, two bedrooms a kitchen and a large balcony/Terrace full of aromatic herbs. Around the house there are some orchards, a lot of hammoks and at 100 meters our family production winery.
“Antonio was very friendly and fun. The wines and cheeses I made at the check-in are so delicious that I regret to buy them. The ingredients in the kitchen were also free to cook and eat. I had a nice dinner because I drove to Antonio's recommended restaurant. :) If you can't find your location the first time, send a message to Antonio. In Arola Square, the data doesn't go well, so I think it's a good idea to keep in touch. The warm water in the bathroom is turned on after waiting 2-3 minutes. The bus in front of the house comes every hour, so if you pass the bus, you can know the time and go out to the city at about the same time. When we stayed, we came in about 45 minutes every hour. If you speak Italian well, I recommend the Pizzeria Castellano restaurant. The food was so delicious, but when there were no counters, I had a hard time ordering the menu through English. Margherita recommended!”
Located on the gently hills of Vico Equense, Casa Ferano is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a relaxing stay, surrounded by greenery, not far from the main places of interest. Recently renovated, the house is in typical Mediterranean style and consists of a large kitchen with living room, a bedroom with panoramic balcony, a bathroom and a lovely garden. Possibility to park the car along the main road, closed to the entrance.
“Casa Ferano is a beautiful cute little apartment: stylish and modern and absolutely sparkling clean!! With little touches and colorful details, it is absolutely beautiful. The view from the little balcony was stunning! The apartment was cozy, modern and had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and super modern. The place is a little far up on the mountain in a smaller village called Arola. We had some trouble finding it with my iPhone navigation. The place is close to a restaurant called Torre Ferano which was a good orientation point. The streets in Italy are very narrow and busy, but we were able to park the car across the street for free. Luisa was very easy to communicate with and she met us in person when we checked in. I can highly recommend Casa Ferano”
