New 60 m2 single-story apartment with 40 m2 private outdoor space. It is located in a quiet property, a 5-minute drive from the center of Uzès. This apartment has a large bright kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook small dishes. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. A charcoal barbecue is available for good grilled food accompanied, why not, by rosé from the region. Shared washing machine. Closed private parking. Swimming pool, bowling and ping pong, trampoline, space for small children in synthetic grass to share. Check-in and checkout can be done independently, the keys are deposited in a box with a code. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city. Visit the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, go canoeing, climbing, and swim in the Gardon; meet the Potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and the ceramists of Lussan and their famous Pintades. 30 minutes' drive to Nîmes and Avignon. 1 hour to Montpellier, the Grau du Roi, the beaches, the Camargue. It is a large independent studio of 50 m2 with balcony, located on the 1st floor of a villa, which is our main residence. It is located 5 minutes walk from the historic center, but is very quiet sinceit overlooks an enclosed garden of 2500m2. Parking on site in a fenced area. Part of the garden (about 300 m2) is reserved for you. Uzès is a beautiful, pleasant city, located 15 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 40 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from the Camargue and beaches and 1 hour from the Cevennes.
