We enjoyed our stay in Clara’s house very much. The beach is beautiful with clear and calm waters, and it is so convenient to have it in your backyard. The first couple of days we went to some of the popular beaches, but they were awfully overcrowded and we had to pay for chairs and umbrella. The beach at the house is as beautiful as any other and it is just a few steps away. We were only 3 of us but the house is huge and suitable for large families, very comfortable and with awesome views from every room. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the busy night life in Buzios. The host was responsive and kindly accommodated our early arrival and late departure. It was a bit of a trip from Ohio, but totally worth it.

We had a great time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, grilladas, spacious and very comfortable. Near downtown Arraial and very safe for being a gated condominium. Heloise was very attentive both in the preparations for the trip, upon our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and will surely return another year.

The apartment is very nice! Super spacious and with a beautiful view. In turn, it is two blocks away from the avenue where the Vans pass. Both Romina and Eduardo who welcomed me were super attentive.

the place is something small but it is beautiful and has a very nice guava tree, the house looks like a story already audited there is a stone path to reach them and the vegetation on the sides makes it very pleasant, this super located on the beach you are nearby but without as much noise as on the main avenue, nice and beautiful place

Once again, we had an amazing experience! We have been in this house other times and, as always, it has welcomed us with comfort and affection. It is perfect for our family — spacious, cozy and with everything we need. Lara remains a love of person, always attentive and making us feel at home from the first minute. Everything was excellent!!! Location, habitability, full of details… things to enjoy, books,etc…friendliness of its owners. Full kitchen, very good mattresses, the living room is all right! We had 4 adults and we felt very comfortable. We'll be back!

The experience was simply wonderful. The place is very pleasant, with a warm and quiet atmosphere that provided the perfect rest. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well cared for, with everything working perfectly. The breakfast is delicious, well served, making the mornings even more special. Communication was quick and efficient throughout the stay. The location is also excellent: easy access, close to the beach, with the possibility to find Uber with ease. The pool area is great for relaxing and enjoying the sun with peace of mind. We did not have any problems throughout the stay, which shows the care and dedication of the team in offering an impeccable experience. It is undoubtedly a place I recommend with my eyes closed

Our stay was excellent. The Leonardo who answered us is very good people, he was always available to help. We hired Fátima and Tati to help us with the food, we recommend it. They are great, attentive and the food was very tasty. The house is beautiful, on the side of the beach, and exactly as in the pictures. We went in 14 people, everyone was comfortable. We took a 5-month baby and they provided us with a crib and bathtub. It also had a feeding chair, which was used by my 2-year-old daughter. Everything is very well thought out to accommodate the guests. we hope to be able to return soon!!

Gustavo's place is very good, comfortable and clean. The nearby beaches surprised me, I didn't know it, I liked it very much! Communication with Gustavo was great. We'll be back for sure!

I had a stay of 4 days and I loved the super friendly and polite Junior. All my doubts, his very well organized property. I missed a microwave,but everything went well. the impeccable pool, quiet neighborhood and its father Sr Moura our kindness. Outside the amount of mosquito and the refrigerator that I thought didn't cool too well,my stay was great. A place suitable for those who have a car ,as it is far from the center and the beaches that for my opinion is good for bathing Congratulations Junior for your property,a place where I can be more often would not excite.

We love the weekend very much, the house is beautiful and cozy, super clean and organized, quiet place, a lot of peace and good energy! Near the best beaches of Buzios. The hostess Valéria was a 1000!!! Always very friendly , attentive, and answers all questions quickly. It was very kind and received us with a delicious coffee from Minas Gerais and some cold breweries. It also gave you several tips for places ,tours,restaurants. We'll be back for sure!

Nice house, well-kept and very close to the beach, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, 10 minutes of slow walking and you're already at Praia do Peró

We had a very pleasant stay at the rented property. The space has fully met our expectations and is in full compliance with the description available on the platform. Check-in and check-out were carried out without any difficulty, making our experience even smoother. The host was extremely cordial and attentive, keeping frequent contact and clarifying all our questions promptly. In addition, the location is excellent, with a good infrastructure around, including a nearby Extra Market, hortifruti, fuel station and even a McDonald's, among other establishments that made our stay easier. We were a group of 10 people and we were all very pleased. We haven't had any complaints. Of course, there are always opportunities for improvement, but overall the experience was very positive and we recommend hosting.

Heitor is very attentive. The apartment is in a great place, right near the beach. The condominium is excellent. The apartment is all set up. We had an issue with the entrance to the building, which wanted to oblige us to wear seasonal rental identification bracelets, but which was promptly resolved by Heitor. The washer and water filter were leaking, and Heitor tb went to solve it. Unfortunately neither the filter nor the machine could be solved in time. The apt does not have air-conditioning, which was a bit bad. Other than that, everything went well. Thank you Heitor!

Very good place, for those who do not know the cold cable the apartment is 100 meters from the main beach of Cabo frio and about 600 mertros of the canal that leaves the boat rides to walk there well, the car stayed for the 4 days in the parking lot of the condominium. Various shops , restaurants, pizzeria, markets all close by. The apartment also very cozy, attained 4 people perfectly. I give Allan my thanks for the stay and the support we had, for sure we already have a good place to stay in cold cable.
