The house has a heat pump, wood stove, dishwasher, cable TV, Wi-Fi and a trampoline in the garden. The house is clean and tidy. Electricity and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay. You can do the cleaning yourself and leave the house as received or purchase it for DKK 750.

Draved old-growth forest and Rømø/Wadden Sea (UNESCO) are also within reach by car. There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

A 40 m2 apartment that is totally renovated in an older country estate. The most adventurous hiking opportunities on your own horse or hiking. You can bring a horse, which will be able to come on the fold or/and in the box. We have good fishing opportunities in Ribe Å, ask upon arrival. It is 6 km in amazing nature in the dike (bike/gob) into the center of Ribe. Fire pit, outdoor pizza oven and shelter may be used during stays.

Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
