The apartment is exactly like the description. José Antônio is very kind and attentive. We were greeted with a cake, coffee and tea and gave us several tips about the city. Another interesting thing is that in the building, it leaves a refrigerator and various essential items, such as water, soft drinks, bread, ham, cheese, etc...and also wines and sparkling wines. And all items with a normal market price, without any kind of exploitation, just in order to facilitate our stay. The location is a little away from the center, but it is closer to the vineyard route, which is the main roadmap for those who go to Bento Gonçalves. Since we were driving, it was quiet, but José Antônio also gave some Uber contacts in case we needed it. So we love our stay and strongly recommend it to other guests.

Simply everything impeccable, there are no complaints about anything, I felt at home, impeccable apartment, extremely clean, organized and that's it, it was worth every penny in my opinion, we will certainly return to the city and if all goes well we will stay there again!

We were very well received on the site. From the beginning we had the possibility of flexibility with check in and the presence of Candice for any possible problem. The reception was very warm and pleasant, as well as the communication during the stay. A pleasant environment for those who like to be in contact with nature, life in the countryside and tranquility. For the baby who accompanied us it was very fun the contact with the animals, bathing environment and activities available in the house such as music, swing, toys. We also enjoy activities with boat and with the animals. For those who like places with family and more intimate history is perfect. We receive indications of various locations in the surroundings, of commerce and natural points.

We at Guia Tchê MKT, love it and recommend it. Because we were very well received and really felt at home. We went for work and managed to have a pleasant experience. The air-conditioning works very well and brings the well-deserved rest for hot nights. We'll be back soon!

An excellent option for Santa Cruz do Sul, Daniel's apartment is brand new, cozy, very complete and functional kitchen, in a condominium with a covered garage, and in a neighborhood close to the center but super quiet and quiet. It has a beautiful view over the lake, and a beautiful sunset.
