Great villas in Arroio do Sal (Balneário Pérola) on the sea court (facing Serra). Individual entrance, living room/kitchen together on the first floor + bathroom. Second floor with two bedrooms + bathroom. It has fan and pillows but does NOT have bedding and towels for personal use. Capacity for up to 6 people. Balneario Pérola is located between Arroio do Sal (5km downtown) and curumim. It is great for rest and is less than 10 min drive to the center. There are Interpraias buses a block away.

Two king beds and two single beds, which ensures total comfort to the guests. Beds and pillows with protective cover. The pool has temperature control and can be heated to 40⁰. Come and meet!

There is Wi-Fi and a 43-inch 4K smart TV in the space. Parking with space for 3 cars. We have a bicycle for rent.
