The apartment is large, with a beautiful view and super well located. The host responded quickly and thoughtfully to messages. Points to improve: the mattress in the bedroom suite is old and uncomfortable, it needs to be changed. When it comes to the Airbnb platform, bed linen should be offered or at least it should be clear in the listing that they are not available.

I rented the apartment in a critical situation in our state. I needed to get out of POA due to flooding throughout the state. Rosane was very understanding of the situation. It took more days to stay and she helped us and even made donations of clothes and water to bring to POA for the families who needed it. The apartment is great, it needed a quiet place and with internet to work! Location is great, all clean with all the necessary utensils. We stayed for a weekend at the house to have my daughter's birthday party! Close to Beira Mar Avenue, I went out for walks every morning. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Valesca is very polite, friendly, answered my questions. Torres is very beautiful. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. We had a great stay, an extremely clean house and all organized , attentive host, answered all doubts and always willing if necessary.

I and my godmother loved the accommodation. The room has several facilities such as microwave, coffee maker and electric jar (in addition to the minibar that is more common). it had many kitchen items, making it much easier to use. the place is very central, close to the places where we wanted to go and stake very clean and organized. Although we haven't used it, we love that they offer chairs and beach cart and cooler loans. We will certainly stay there next year!

Excellent, the quiet and familiar place, it hurt that on the last day the neighbors brought a barking dog when he was left alone. The beach was easily accessed and 3 blocks you could enter with your vehicle. The pool area is very nice and clean.Milene very friendly.
