Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nell'appartamento di Elsa e ci siamo trovati molto bene! check-in molto flessibile, Elsa ci ha accolti all'orario a noi più comodo aspettandoci davanti all'ingresso. in aggiunta abbiamo trovato le cialde per la macchina del caffè e delle brioches confezionate. I letti sono comodi e ampi, anche se questo fa sì che nella seconda camera da letto non ci sia abbastanza distanza tra i due per passare. Infine siamo molto soddisfatti del prezzo: molto competitivo rispetto a quello che offre! Ritorneremo sicuramente se ci sarà occasione.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the owners—they are incredibly kind and attentive. Every time I needed something, they provided it immediately, ensuring I had everything for a comfortable stay. Their generosity went beyond expectations, as they even offered to drop me off and pick me up when needed. I truly felt right at home. The apartment itself was beautiful, making my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato al Melarancino insieme a Nala, la nostra cagnolina di 5 mesi. La casa ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno oltre che uno spazio esterno ottimo per il cane. Alessio è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile: ci ha permesso di arrivare prima dell'orario standard del check-in e di rimanere anche dopo quello del check-out. La casa inoltre è vicinissima a L'Aquila e a Campo Felice.

Leonardo, persona cordiale e di esperienza, ha accolto noi e le nostre moto in maniera impeccabile . La casa rispecchiava esattamente come da aspettative, soggiorno perfetto e senza intoppi . Grazie Leonardo

L'appartamento è confortevole, pulito e anche più grande di come appare nelle foto. Necessaria l'auto per raggiungere il centro, comodissima per tutte le escursioni

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Abbiamo affittato l'alloggio di Roberto per passare gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. L'appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente tranquillo, in compagnia di amici. L'ambiente è confortevole e attrezzato per ogni esigenza con spazi esterni davvero molto ben curati. Roberto è stato disponibile ed estremamente gentile. Veramente un bel posto per passare del tempo piacevole.

Severino ci ha accolto davvero bene, dalla fermata dell’autobus ci ha accompagnato alla casa mostrandoci il necessario e donandoci anche informazioni utili arricchite da curiosità storiche. La casa impeccabile, abbiamo riposato molto bene!

L'alloggio di Marco corrisponde in tutto alle foto. L'host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha offerto un check in flessibile che ci ha consentito di ultimare i nostri giri. La terrazza con vista lago è molto suggestiva e romantica. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati solo 2 giorni, ma abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci occorreva e anche di più, compresi una ciotala ed un materassino per il mio cagnolino. Top. La zona è tranquilla, verde e ben servita. Ottimo punto di partenza per le cascate delle Marmore , Narni, Labro , San Gemini e altre mete note. Di certo ci ritorneremo . Grazie Marco.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

I’d lived in Avezzano for a few years as a child. This place was 7 minutes from my childhood home! It was very conveniently located. We were able to walk to most places, and, were a short drive from all the rest… While much had changed since my childhood, staying in this apartment “felt” a bit like home!

Assisi was wonderful, this home was perfect, and the host was more than helpful! Francesco reached out before and during multiple times to ensure our stay was welcoming. Our favorite feature was the terrace! It has the most beautiful view and you could see the Basilica of St. Clare. Right outside our door was the square in front of St. Rufino’s church and there were multiple restaurants and shops right around the corner. Don’t think twice about booking this stay.
