The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

The accommodation was as described, perfect for our family, very comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located. We recommend Maria Belen for her generosity, kindness, and smile. We stayed at Liz's place for a week and had a great time! The location is great: you can be on the beach in less than 10 minutes walk and in the city in 25 minutes by bus. Everything you would like to see is quickly accessible: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park, etc. We have been to Valencia many times and love the city and the lifestyle in Cabanyal. We 100% recommend the place and were very satisfied! The place is as described and we felt at home!

We had a great time, the area is super quiet, near the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes around the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at your own home, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. One small drawback is that sometimes, and especially when it rained, the pipes in the downstairs bathroom smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat it, we recommend staying at Scot's house.

Luis's treatment has been exceptional. He has helped us at all times and has always been attentive to every detail, both with us and with our pet! The house meets all expectations of photo and description. Very close to the entire Oropesa promenade area. The beach is a two-minute walk away. We definitely put this place away. to repeat another couples getaway.

Very nice place to spend time as a family and enjoy the sea. It is not as touristy as in other nearby areas but it allows you to be without so much burden and it is a good base to visit the area. Highly recommended.
