We had a wonderful long weekend, perfect for exploring both the beach and town side of Valencia. Juan was the most accommodating host and we could not recommend the flat more enough. Perfect for a girls trip!

Bus and tram stop under the house. Beach 300 meters away. Market and grocery store under the house. Spacious house with spacious rooms and an outdoor space. Spacious kitchen. Super quiet apartment! The house is just set up. It's essential but bright and comfortable. Super helpful and welcoming hosts. Careful and quick to respond

Beautifully and comfortably furnished apartment. The accommodation is located close to the beach and restaurants. Within 5 minutes walk there are two supermarkets. The host communicated very well and the arrival process is very intuitive also thanks to the host's instructions.

We had a great time, the area is super quiet, near the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes around the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at your own home, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. One small drawback is that sometimes, and especially when it rained, the pipes in the downstairs bathroom smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat it, we recommend staying at Scot's house.
