House with very nice view and friendly host. Would recommend!

Our family of 5 felt very comfortable in Anja's place. The apartment is very large and stylishly equipped. There was immediately a vacation atmosphere. Our favorite place to eat, play and chat was the terrace. Very nice! Shopping and swimming facilities were further away than expected: 15 or 20 minutes from the village. The parking situation is difficult (parking belonging to the property is about 800 m away) Anja accommodated us in terms of arrival and departure times. The information folder in the living room contains a lot of interesting things. Overall, we were very happy with our stay in Moltedo (Imperia).

Recently renovated apartment with new decor, impeccable cleanliness, real photos and description. Giovanni Super host , welcomed us upon arrival, also leaving a welcome welcome kit,as well as leaving us a late check-out. We found everything we needed for our one-year-old, high chair, lounger, changing table, and a cot for the bathroom. Kitchen equipped with everything... it really felt like you were at home . We will definitely be back very soon and whenever we pass through Pietra Ligure.

We can greatly recommend to stay at this beautoful airbnb in the mountains. It is very peaceful and has beautiful views. Rimplas is a beautiful village. There is also plenty to things to do around albeit we mainly where here for cycling. Katy's place appears bigger than on the images and you could easily stay here with eight adults. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Katy also communictates proactively, had several recommendations. It is very remote, supermarkets are rather far away and restaurants are scare, but you can bring your amenities as Katy has two fridges. There are no ACs which was a bit of an issue in combination with the mosquitos so both leaving the windows open or closed was not really ideal. A great deal to recharge in the Alpes.

The structure went beyond my positive expectations. Extremely unique and comfortable accommodation with all comforts designed to satisfy the customer down to the last detail. Extremely cared for, great and plentiful collation. The owner is very attentive, too bad I didn't have the pleasure of meeting you in person, I was very sorry. Directions to enter the listing very clear. Nothing more, I'd be happy to come back for a relaxing day with panoramic mountain views

Giancarlo is an amazing host. He was very welcoming and accomodating! He met us exactly at the agreed time and was communicating constantly with us prior to arrival. He answered all questions and was always in contact with us during our 2 weeks stay. The place itself is super! I will say, that the outside space, very open terrace is the best thing in the world...We ate breakfast and lunch there, under the sun and then you can relax on sunbeds as well. Top! The apartment is very specious, lots of space to store things, kitchen has everything to cook...so much tools and cookware! living room is excellent, you can relax at sofa, read book, drink wine and open a big door outside to have fresh air in the room, beds are comfy as well...Sturdy and high quality furniture, everything is clean, big bathroom and washing machine, private parking - I mean, everything was top! Getting to the beach is very easy, the same for the shops to buy grocery...We really loved it! Highly recommend!

excellent stay in a beautiful and very quiet environment. Shops nearby for shopping on foot. Very welcoming hosts who gave us services spontaneously with great kindness.
