Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. The Germanois Angel's Nest

At the foot of the Forez mountains, in the heart of a medieval village in St Germain Laval and in the historic center, the Nid d'Ange Germanois welcomes you and offers a pedestrian circuit to discover its history. The apartment is located in a quiet and picturesque area. It is in this charming village that you can relax and enjoy the shops. Our village is 5 km from the A89/A72 highway, 45 minutes from Lyon or Clermont-Ferrand, and 30 minutes from Saint-Étienne.

Renovated house in small village

House with interior completely renovated in May 2024, comprising on the ground floor a spacious kitchen open to a 35 m2 living room with sofa bed as well as a laundry area and toilet. Upstairs, you can enjoy a shower room as well as 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed. Parking space is available in front. The house is easily accessible from the A72, 32 minutes from Saint-Étienne, 22 minutes from Montbrison, 5 minutes from Boen-sur-Lignon.

A terrace for relaxing, for your barbecues and aperitifs. A play area with slide and swing is available for the little ones. I receive guests with ease and remain attentive to your wishes to interact or not.

Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful wooden chalet with a 35 m2 terrace with jacuzzi and incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Less than 4 km after the Salles (42) highway exit, Le Chalet is located between the historic village of Cervières and the village of Noirétable with its Casino, lake and all local shops.
