Morriña is a recently rehabilitated house (2019) on the bank of the Miño River, where the water “breaks” against the porch of the house. It has two exterior rooms with their own bathroom each and a large living room with fireplace and a large gallery overlooking the river on the top floor, and a kitchen with dining room and toilet, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Lighting and comforting have been paid to a lot. NOTE: If a single night is booked, it brings an increase of €50.

Lar de Mar es una vivienda de turismo vacacional de planta baja con amplia terraza y barbacoa. Esta casa se encuentra a 45 minutos de la ciudad de A Coruña y a 1 hora de Santiago de Compostela, podrás disfrutar de paisajes montañosos y vistas al mar. La vivienda cuenta con un terreno de 1050 metros donde tiene vistas al mar y a la montaña. Cuenta también con 2 hermosas habitaciones una con una cómoda cama de matrimonio de 1,50 metros y la otra habitación con 2 camas gemelas super cómodas.

It is an ideal home for a family vacation with a large green area with fruit trees, barbecue and pool. The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

Our goal is to make you feel at home with all the comforts. Renovated in June 2023, inside the ceiling has wooden beams, stone walls and a wooden floor. We have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room. At bedtime, a room with two 0.90 m beds that can be joined together to become a double bed, and 2 rooms with a 1.50 m bed. Outdoors, you can enjoy a swimming pool with a garden terrace and barbecue.
