Morriña is a recently renovated house (2019) on the banks of the Miño River, where the water “breaks” against the house’s porch. It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a veranda overlooking the river on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and the porch. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. PLEASE NOTE: If you book only one night, there is a surcharge of €50.

You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. Restored in 2013, the old kitchen space with its "lareira", oven and stone sink was preserved, now a cool space to read, play or take a nap. The two open floors overlook the Miño River valley, which separates us from Portugal. Upstairs, to sleep or read; downstairs, where the animals used to be, to cook or go out to the small garden.
