Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located in our 1-family house on the first floor. It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a box spring bed and a large wardrobe. In the living and dining room, there is a spacious living area and a cozy dining table in addition to a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in rain shower. In front of the entrance area there is a seating area at your disposal.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

We offer a completely renovated apartment with bathroom (bathtub). The new sofa bed sleeps up to two people if needed. The balcony overlooking the beautiful garden offers a quiet atmosphere. Unterföhring is very close to the city of Munich (20 minutes by S-Bahn to Marienplatz) and the airport (17 minutes by S-Bahn). With two lakes and lots of nature, Unterföhring also offers many opportunities for a break. A kitchen is not provided.
