The place is very cozy and spotless clean. Internet was steady and I was able to work remotely without issues. The location is in a perfect spot between the subway and the beaches. I really enjoyed my stay. Also, Karan is a great host. I highly recommend his place.

I rented 6 Kent Road for a month while I sold my home nearby. It was an oasis of calm and comfort during this nerve-wracking time and I was thrilled with the accommodations and amenities. It was modern and clean and close to everything one needs. Plus Stam was incredibly responsive to the couple of questions I had over the month which really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend 6 Kent Road for anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Toronto.

We had a great stay at Scott & Pam’s Airbnb. The first day there was a slight issue but it was quickly resolved by Scott. The location and cleanliness is what was important for my family. The beach is literally right outside the door. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and necessities that were required to make your own meals at home. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking to relax and enjoy a great getaway stay next to the beach.

Stayed for a quick overnight to watch a concert at nearby History. It’s an easy 10 minute walk, so very convenient location for that purpose. Great basement apartment, well maintained and clean. Very friendly hosts.
