Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

We had a good overall experience during our stay at this property. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which made our trip enjoyable and convenient. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and met our expectations. However, one downside is the limited availability of restaurants and marketplaces nearby. This meant fewer dining and shopping options within close proximity, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and don’t mind fewer amenities nearby, this place is a great choice.

We absolutely loved our stay! Private and beautiful. John the caretaker arranged the tours for us and all we did was relax and enjoy. Clean place and nearby restaurants by tricycle. Would stay here again next time.

This was our second stay at the beach house and it was every bit as magical as the first. We stayed for one week last time and loved it so much we stayed two weeks this time and wished it could have been longer. It's right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, and without the crowds of the many other tourist areas. You don't need a car -- take Bolt if you want to leave the area, it works great and we met some lovely drivers. But we only left twice in the two weeks we were there, the rest of the time we walked to restaurants and the small markets. Up the alley road and to the right on the main road is the best restaurant/smoothies/fresh fruit EVER. It felt like we became friends with the employees and even the cooks came out to say goodbye to us at the end of our two weeks! Also check out The Beach restaurant on one beach over (also an easy walk) for gorgeous sunsets behind Big Buddah. And the apartment -- adorable, comfortable, perfect location and view!

The room was spacious enough for 10 people to stay.The kids also seemed thrilled to run around.The beach was right in front of me, and the time to watch the waves in the evening was luxurious. There were quite a lot of guests in the neighborhood, so I booked it in advance and it was the right thing to do.

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

The space was simply adorable🤩!! Very great flair, just to feel good. Great restaurants can be reached directly by a short walk across the beach!! We will be back !!

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. Well-maintained spot with perfect access to everything you’d want in El Nido. Check-in was a breeze as we had Friendly at the front desk who was extremely accommodating and let us check in early. The private walkway was so beneficial and made us feel like we were in paradise. Strong aircon & fans were super necessary. Host was communicative as well. Would recommend staying here over the main town if you have the choice!

The place was really nice. Di nga lang as big as I thought it would be but it was still pretty nice. Malaki yung space sa dirty kitchen. Hindi sobra yung chlorine sa pool. Beach access was medyo mahirap but bawing bawi naman dun sa beach mismo. Rented and ATV and noticed na sobrang crowded dun sa other side ng coast samantalang dito halos walang tao and maluwag . Sobrang ganda ng sunset lalo nat walang tao.

The caretaker was lovely, she gave us instructions and showed us around the house, even helped us set up the barbecue. We had an issue with a blocked toilet, that she fixed right away. She was one sms away if we needed something. The place is grand! The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach (but there is a golf cart that we can use). This also means that when at the beach, you don't have access to amenities. Overall a lovely home 😊

This home is a bubble of happiness. Full of small touches, coffee,water,... hot tub pool at its best. i highly recommend it.

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Thank you for always welcoming us to the house and making our vacation the best experience. Can’t wait to book another trip!

lovely home with beautiful pool. would recommend renting a car or moped as not near much! however food spots and beaches under 10 min drive

When i first saw this in tiktok na loved at first sight agad ako at mabuti available ang date for my son’s 9th birthday at hindi ako nagkamali na ibook dahil super peaceful at relaxing ang buong villa. And kung ayaw nyo ng crowded beach villa ito na to, like you own the whole villla. It’s far but it’s worth it. Nakakawala ng pagod and haba ng byahe. And the host is very accommodating, all our request were granted and the staff are very friendly specially ate amie. We highly recommend Agda Beach Villas and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time staying with Kim. The little cabin is right on the beach and is very comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed by Kim and her husband, also taxis were for and organized. We will be happy to come back! Thanks Kim! ;)

Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Sanjay was a great host. The Bro is the most clutch person I've known in recent history. The property is located right by Serinity beach. There's plenty of space and enough beds. CLUTCH!

we stayed at the place for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the beach is in walking distance (about 2mins away) and the restaurants we chose were only 5mins away by car. the hosts were really nice and helpful. we plan on staying at the place again the next time we are in LU.

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

The property is well maintained and everybody was responsive, helpful and proactive. We loved the place and enjoyed every moment. Our kids were literally in the pool for 3-4 hrs everyday. We would recommend this place anyday. We had a wonderful holiday.
