Thank you Miguel and Rebecca for the hospitality. This place looks exactly like the pictures. We used the middle room for the kids which had its own bathroom attached to the room. The apartment has family games in the living room and toys in the middle bedroom for age range 1-4ish. Our kids enjoyed their stay here. The apartment was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also left a few treats for the kids to eat and a few beverages (juice and water) Unfortunately we arrived literally the day the power outage took place 4/16 and I will say that despite there not being a generator the place was cool enough for us to stay and sleep comfortably. Lanterns were provided and the host was extremely patient and responsive. I would absolutely rent here again no questions asked. Again, thank you!

Every time I visit Aguada, I make it a point to stay at Katrina’s places. They are thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and truly feel like a home away from home. The cleaning crew does an outstanding job – it always feels like I’m the first guest to stay there. Katrina is a fantastic host, quick to respond to any questions and always clear with her instructions, making everything so easy to navigate. The location is perfect, whether you’re looking to enjoy the beach, experience the nightlife, or simply relax and soak in the beauty of Aguada. I also love the welcoming neighborhood vibe. I can’t recommend her properties enough!

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

The stay was spectacular, everything described as it is. Comfortable parking and super close to the bedroom. The fridge in the room was a plus. Hot water. We go a lot to Aguadilla and are definitely on our overnight or weekend list.

The place was absolutely beautiful! the outside area was my favorite, the bed was comfortable! the kitchen was easy to cook in! We had a friendly little visitor who scared us when we opened the door but was super friendly be aware of the super cute cat! Brenda and Danny were super friendly and very helpful when I called them. I would definitely go again!

As many before us have said, Javier goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, as well as he offers great help in getting to know the area! The place was immaculate and spacious, plenty of room for a couple. We were able to explore up and down the west coast from this location. Thank you, Javier, for everything!

Host was very friendly, even got to meet his wife from their balcony. The overall location could be easy to miss but they do have a big sign at the top of their building saying it’s the guesthouse. It pulls in right from the highway and the road to pull in somewhat small so it’s easy to miss. Parking is on a small plot of grass in front of the property and the highway. Host chatted us up for a while recommending things and even brought us to our door on the second floor. Place was spacious with 2 big bedrooms with 3 total queen beds. Appliances and bathroom needs some updating but for a 1 night stay it was worth it. It was just our stay in between getting from the east of PR to Rincon.

I went on a family trip and there was plenty of space for all of us. My daughter's enjoyed the pool and we loved going to the Guajataca tunnel. kitchen utensils are very minimum so make sure you make a trip to Walmart. other than that, very happy with the rental. Thank you Fabian and Arsenio. I would definitely would be back.
