Delightful villa, in beautiful shady forest surroundings. Very well laid out with every amenity that one would wish. Large pool in stunning garden setting. Lots of different places to sit. Beautiful wildlife, birds, insects, butterflies and wonderful bats in the evening. Great BBQ and Nespresso machine. Excellent coms throughout. Well stocked fridge/essentials - perfect as we arrived late.

our stay at Anna's place in Kefalonia was amazing. the house was beautiful, extremely clean. and Anna's mom was soo sweet and helpful. she was there during check-in and provided everything we needed. we didn't have shampoos and conditioners and shower gel in the Airbnb, so when I asked Anna, her mom immediately came and provided those. they are the sweetest hosts. only thing I can recommend is: Google maps shows incorrect location when you put the address, please add in Airbnb instructions to put the place in Google maps that takes you the correct location for this address. that way it will be easier to find for the guest. we had some difficulty finding the place, but the host was super responsive so we were able to make it.

A beautiful, quiet villa with a fantastic pool and gorgeous view from each of the balconies. We didn’t feel at any point overlooked and everything you could need can be found within a 10/15 minute drive. Makis was very responsive and super helpful with any queries and anything we needed. The beds and mattresses could use updating or replacing but it didn’t stop us from having a great stay. Would absolutely stay again

C’était juste incroyable , villa de rêve avec une vue de rêve sur la mer avec la piscine à débordement. La communication avec l’hôte est parfaite ,accueille super , gentil, vous pouvez venir ici les yeux fermés. ( oui il faut une voiture pour profiter de l’île , je dirais comme dans chaque îles presque ;) ) quelques adresses de restaurant situé à côté de la villa ( 5-6 min à pied ) notamment le restaurant Orizontes qui est superbe.

Nous avons découvert un endroit d’une tranquillité exceptionnelle, offrant une vue magnifique sur Zante. La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Le village de Spartia, tout proche, dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Je tiens à souligner particulièrement Maria. Elle est une hôte incroyablement dévouée, qui fait tout pour que ses invités passent un séjour des plus agréables. Nous avons énormément apprécié ses conseils et ses services. Un grand merci à vous, Maria . Un très belle rencontre !

We had a very relaxing time in Carol's accommodation! The communication with Carol was excellent - she was always available and also fulfilled our special requests regarding check-in and check-out. The accommodation was well equipped and had everything you need for a vacation - and much more. The outdoor area, including the pool, is exceptionally clean and maintained with great attention to detail. Within 10 minutes by car you are in Sami and some important sights, such as the Drogarati Cave, Melissani Cave or Antisamos Beach. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for excursions as it is very centrally located on the island. We would book Carol's accommodation again and can recommend it 100%.

Lovely villa with great sea views and a pool overlooking the sea. Place was spotless and just perfect for a family of four. Location was quiet and peaceful yet only a five minute walk into the village. Location was also perfect for seeing the attractions around Sami as well as Assos and Myrtos - all between 10-20 mins drive away. Owners and their family were lovely and made us feel right at home. We loved our stay, thank you

We had such a great stay! It was perfect for my family of six. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and Dylan the outdoor cat was an extra bonus! It was such a magical week for us. To top it off, we were allowed to stay a few hours after checkout and then come back in the late afternoon to shower in the outdoor shower since our flight wasn’t until late that evening. They even left out towels and extra shampoo for us to use. It was so thoughtful! We definitely hope to come back someday!

Absolutely stunning property in a beautiful, quiet location. Dimitris couldn't do enough for us, from being flexible when our flight was cancelled, checking us in, a well stocked fridge for our arrival, and always being on hand if we needed anything. The property itself was well stocked with everything you need, a modern decor, blackout curtains, dantastic balconies with gorgeus views, close to a couple of beaches. The best thing of all was the outside area and the garden leading down to the sea! On a calm day it was wonderful getting into tge sea from the rocks, and on a rough day it was magnificent watching the waves crashing over. You will not regret booking this property!

We have recently returned form 5 relaxing days at this villa. The villa had everything we needed - and more, with many places to spread out and relax with a big group. We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Theti, who remained on hand in case there were any issues (which there weren’t 😀) and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Importantly, the kitchen was very well equipped and during our stay we enjoyed meals at each of the three outside tables. Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful, both before the trip (with a detailed booklet of things locally and further afield, as well as responding quickly to queries, seeming to be happy to be of help) and during - via Theti, who was more local. We hired a car through Carlos’ friend and this was the easiest and quickest car hire arrangement we have experienced - even coming out to change the car for us after day 1 (when we realised we should have a bigger car for our group!). Thank you Carlos for a fabulous stay.

We had the most relaxing stay at Villa Kanali. The villa's proximity to the beach was perfect - it was a very short walk to the beach, yet also very quiet and private. Despite being so close to the sea, it was still great to have the sparkling clean pool. Anamaria and Dimitrios were very responsive and helpful. Lourdata is beautiful with the ocean infront and the mountain behind. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars. We didn't have a car, but we rented a motor boat to explore the nearby caves and beaches. We definitely recommend Kanali and hope to return.

A stunning villa with beautiful architectural touches. You will need to get used to the drive up and down the Sivota bay mountain and car hire is essential. We had to swap for an automatic with a more powerful engine for 4 adults as the car hire company had given us a Clio that couldn’t handle the incline. But once at the top, I promise you it is worth the drive..! You will wake up to the most stunning sunrise and a commanding view of the sea, mountain and harbour. If you’re a runner like me, you’ll relish the challenge of running down to the harbour and back up which is a 7k run but well worth it to work up an appetite for the numerous restaurants and places for breakfast too that are nestled around Sivota’s lively harbour. Dimitrios and his team, Vassili and Fontini made us feel welcome and looked after us. They even found some weights for me to use by the pool side, and kindly let us check out later than usual due to our delayed flight. This is why I love air bnb, you find these nice little villas with a service that cannot be rivalled by big hotels or chain villa companies!

This place is a paradise. Quiet, comfortable, clean and the views are absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to leave and ended up extending for two more days. Ideal location to explore the Island and Themis was a very attentive host. I wish there were more stars to give!

We had a fabulous week at Lighthouse Villa 2. Hosts were responsive and attentive, Villa was great in every way with a more than workable kitchen area with all the gadgets. Pool was cold but that was welcome on a 33 degree day and lovely once you were in. Well appointed, beautiful scenery. Takes around 30 minutes to walk into Argostoli centre where you can find everything you need. We hired a car and quads and it was great to get about the island. There are 2 small restaurants about 50 yards from the villa which are both lovely and friendly. The washing machine was a great addition as we came home with clean clothes - bonus There are plenty of supplies of essentials at the Villa, from sun cream to alcohol from previous guests. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. We would definitely stay again

This was a beautiful and luxurious villa in a peaceful location with a breathtaking view. Everything made our vacation feel so special. I cannot fault the pool, the outdoor areas, or the villa itself- it was all excellent. The weather was up and down when we visited but due to our lovely villa, we was still able to relax and have those amazing views from inside. Michel was a friendly host and he was very easy to contact and happy to help with anything you may need. Mr Takis was very friendly and could not do enough for you. I highly recommend this villa, and we will definitely come back.

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

fabulous villa in a great setting. plenty of brilliant restaurants offering value food within easy walking distance. if you have a car, there are some great options near volimes also. the host was superb - great instructions and very responsive without being obtrusive. couldn't have wished for better.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable à Zakynthos grâce à Pascalis. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a veillé à ce que nous nous sentions immédiatement chez nous. La maison était parfaitement conforme aux photos, spacieuse et propre. Chaque chambre était confortable et bien aménagée, idéale pour notre groupe. Pascalis a été incroyablement attentif à nos besoins, nous fournissant d'excellentes recommandations sur les activités locales et les restaurants à essayer. Il s’est proposé de nous commander des produits locaux que nous avions juste à récupérer. La localisation de la maison était parfaite, à la fois tranquille et proche des principales attractions de l'île. Le jardin était un véritable havre de paix où nous avons passé de nombreuses soirées à profiter de la terrasse, de la piscine et du coucher de soleil. Par ailleurs nous vous conseillons son bar « The Mill Bar » si vous souhaitez passer d’excellentes soirées à thème !! Merci à toi Pascalis ☀️

The villa is in a stunning location, with gorgeous views over the sea. The sunset views from the patio are especially amazing. The layout of the villa suited us perfectly, we just used downstairs and didn’t need to use the top floor. There are several tavernas and supermarkets within walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes by car into Fiskardo. The WiFi is a bit poor in places, but that didn’t really bother us as it was nice to relax without it. We definitely recommend this villa and would love to return sometime in the future.

Villa was absolutely spotless with everything we needed. Kostas was friendly, helpful and laid back and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable in his beautiful Villa built by himself and his Father. He also allowed one of our party to stay past check out abd arranged a taxi as his flight left later. We would absolutely stay here again. Useful having a car but if all you want to do is relax by the pool this villa is a perfect home from home in beautiful Kefalonia!

Het was bij aankomst in villa Maria al als een warm bad: een trotste en zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die ons opwachtte, de volle koelkast en extraatjes als lokale honing en wijn. En dan de mooie inrichting, ruimer als verwacht, en als kers op de taart het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het grote terras en het heerlijke zwembad. We hebben echt genoten van het huis, zijn rustige omgeving met volop privacy. Het gezellige Vathy ligt op een paar minuutjes rijden. Hartelijk dank aan Dora en haar man als perfecte hosts.

Our stay at Villa Mare was truly a remarkable experience. It is a rare thing to enjoy a vacation destination that is even better than advertised. Villa Mare is not only 5-Star lodging, but the physical location sits midway up the mountain providing breathtaking vistas from every room and every outdoor patio. Additionally, Constantino was the consummate host, staying alert to any needs we had including helping us arrange a boat rental regardless of the fact that very few locations were open so early in the season. A memorable location, otherworldly views and a very stylish space to stay. We will return!

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

If we could rate this higher than 5 stars we would. The villa has absolutely spectacular views and when you enter the villa feel an immediate sense of relaxation. Kleo was fantastic. She provided recommendations for restaurants, things to do and organised a dinner for us in the villa, which was a feast. And, the breakfasts. Each morning brought a surprise to start the day and not having to think about buying everything for our family, was a real treat. We really can’t say enough about the villa and look forward to coming back next year, and the year after, and the year after.
