The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Cozy mini apartment (approx. 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes you are by metro in Stuttgart at the Hauptbahnhof / Schlossplatz. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Infrastructure (within a 5 km radius) Max 2 people. Unfortunately, we have to reject/cancel all requests beyond that.

The accommodation is only a few minutes' walk from the Residence Palace, Favoritenpark, marketplace, and train station. A nearby bus stop provides additional mobility. Enjoy the view into the fairytale garden right from the living room. The approximately 40 m² apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a cozy queen-size bed, and a sofa bed. A balcony, air conditioning, smart TV with a soundbar, stereo system, and underfloor heating in the living room are further amenities.

Gemütliches Apartment mit Allem was man so braucht. Es gibt eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche. Hier findet ihr auch eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und einen Eierkocher Das Bett hat die Maße 180x200 und ist selbstverständlich komplett überzogen. Der Balkon hat eine ordentliche Größe und verfügt über eine Glasüberdachung mit Markise, so das ihr im Sommer draußen sitzen könnt. Im Badezimmer findet ihr Dusch-und Handtücher. Und für die Leseratten unter euch ist auch gut gesorgt.

Duplex apartment in the oldest house in Marbach

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
