Well-equipped cottage in quiet location close to the sea and city center. Six beds in the large cottage, fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and enclosed patio. Small cottage and playground. Fantastic beach 600 m away, pine forest with trails, bike paths, etc. In the center, there are grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies and shops. Along the river in its vicinity you will find restaurants and cafes. During July-August, the cottage can only be rented weekly Saturday to Saturday. Otherwise, a minimum of 4 days. Sheets and towels can be rented.

The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Welcome to our dear Attefall cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea and the crown forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own deck as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bikes are available to borrow. Bed linen & towels are available, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kiviks musteri in Österlen as well as a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea facing the rocks.
