Magical cottage and setting. The grounds are kept immaculately by the caretaker Kumar. He welcomed us when lost as we arrived late at night. The cottage has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Well equipped. Pool absolutely gorgeous and super clean with beautiful views of hills. Deck chairs have cushions on every morning and designated chairs for each cottage. Pool towels also provided which was wonderful. Nearest shop is near Todi about 20mins away which has delicious food. Highly recommend for touring Umbria and its beautiful hilltop towns and lakes.

Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

The ground floor flat is a beautifully located in a complex with other houses and flats, the grounds are very well kept by Wije the caretaker who is also super helpful and very friendly. We loved cooking in the well kitted out kitchen, full of everything you need to cook beautiful Italian inspired food. We loved sitting out eating breakfast under the amazing hanging grapes in the courtyard. We were a little unlucky with the weather, a little rain here and there, so only used the pool once. It’s a nice area and I’m sure in the summer is a welcome relief from the heat. We went to Kairos restaurant a short drive away and the food was delicious, (closed on Mondays). A car is essential as the flat is 15 minutes drive from Todi, where you will find some nice restaurants, museum and some beautiful views over the countryside. We were also able to explore other hilltop villages such as Orvieto, If you enjoy peace and quiet stay here. Giavanna is an excellent host, so helpful & friendly
