The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. A 96 m2 retreat, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden, there is a small cozy fireplace and shelter with 3-4 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.

Welcome to a luxury stay in nature

Are you going to stay in "TJÆREGRYDEN"? The place is full of peace and quiet, and the individual apartments are undisturbed in relation to each other. The holiday homes of 55 m2 each are located about 100 m from the water, and all have sea views. Our apartments are based on 2 people, but two of the apartments can easily be used by 3-4 people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen in open connection with the living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a nice bathroom.

There is parking in the street (but not on the private road opposite the house) and there is the possibility of sitting in the small courtyard. The house was renovated in 2023 and is 60 square meters. 2 min. walk to forest 10 min walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.
