Apartment on the peninsula of Helnæs

Here the soul can calm down. Our guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house where we have lived for 25 years. It is the farmhouse on a small disused farm. We have expanded the main part of the roof to a guest apartment with 2 flexible rooms, which can be used both as a living room and/or bedroom. To the north there is a great view of our closest neighbor, Helnæs Made, one of Denmark's bird paradise, and to the west there are views of Lillebælt (3 km). When the weather is clear, you can see Jutland on the horizon.

Peaceful cottage in unique surroundings

Welcome to my little sanctuary that I own with my son and daughter. Here you have nature close by with forest, water and open sky. There are two beds and room for bedding for two more people in the living room. The house has everything, but remember the bedding! The area is very suitable for cycling or hiking in the beautiful South Funen nature. Shopping opportunities are within a short distance by car. Grocery store and good restaurants can be found in both Assens and Faaborg, both about 17 km away.

House in nature paradise

At the end of the 600 meter forest trail is this charming 173 sqm gem with its own lake, meadow and with the best view of Arreskov. The property has direct access to the forest and is located out to and up the many nature trails in South Funen. Among other things, Svanninge Bakker, Trente Mølle, Ø-Havsstien and Sollerup. The house is surrounded by wildlife and it is perfectly normal to see a pheasant, duck, goose or fish heron go through the garden when drinking your morning coffee.

Lovely 100 sqm apartment, close to the whole bay. Close to golf course and good fishing opportunities. In addition, only 5 km. For the new water park and wellness in Assens. Also check the terrarium in Vistensbjerg. The apartment is suitable for longer stays. Large lovely garden and outdoor kitchen + barbecue. Incl. water, heating, internet and electricity. Not charging electric cars. Not available cheaper on Funen.

Newly renovated charming townhouse

Enjoy a relaxed holiday in this peaceful and centrally located home. The home is in the most beautiful street of Assens, really a quiet and idyllic place. There is parking in the street (but not on the private road opposite the house) and it is possible to sit in the small courtyard. The house is renovated in 2023 and is 60 square meters. 2 min walk to forest plant 10 min walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.

Enjoy a few days in Assens and the surrounding area. Delicious beaches and beautiful nature. The garden is super amazing. Size with a badminton court. Nice terrace where there is almost always shelter. The living room is cozy as the kitchen dining room and living room are in one so that everyone can connect with each other. There's a TV with apps to see almost anything.
