The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık's Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests. My wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauty of our village with its full view of the mountains and the sea, the Lesbos Islands, and a space where 6 people can comfortably stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will keep you company. The port of Assos is only a few kilometers from historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.

It is an off-grid house located in an olive grove. It gets its energy from the sun and its water from the rain. In the spring months, the garden is completely covered with wild flowers. On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of Lesbos on one side and a view of the mountains and valleys on the other. Detached stone house in the village of Assos
We have never altered the exterior appearance of our detached stone house in Behramkale, which is entirely within a protected area. We designed the interiors of these youngest centuries-old structures to meet your habits you can't give up. It is your choice to dive into the thoughts of "should or should it not be" in the inner courtyard or in the backyard "I like you that way, did I like you that way?" You can watch the sunrise from our garden and the setting from the temple. All the best.
