The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

Moonridge Suite ~ The Empress Estate Mansion

The Moonridge suite is A luxurious and romantic suite with dramatic views, a grand king canopy bed, and parlor seating in front of a cozy electric fireplace. The room is also adorned with six chandeliers. A large elegant private bath with granite double vanity, chandeliers, collection of antique mirrors and Courtyard Garden views. Two Grand French doors lead to balconies with amazing third-story southern views of the forest, the entire south side of the Estate, Columbia River and town below.

This is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the beach and downtown. Two people can enjoy this room which includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Relax in the peaceful courtyards and enjoy the 2 minute walk to the beach and short distance to town. There are multiple outdoor areas to relax, including 2 fire pits. There is no A/C. Hotel in Historic Downtown Centralia - Room 208

I have some wonderful rooms available in our historic hotel. These rooms have a vintage look and feel to them. They are nice and clean with premium features. The rooms include a sink but share nice common bathrooms and a lockable shower. 208 has a full size bed. Enjoy our outside terrace that is open weather permitting and overlooks beautiful George Washington Park. Sorry no TV's or swimming pool. But we do have wifi. Enjoy the hotel’s excellent restaurants and walk downtown Centralia.

Measuring in at at 300 square feet, our Queen rooms offer plenty of space for two, appointed generously with a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker and large flatscreen TV. A desk and office chair provide a work area with lots of plug ins for your electronics. For a more vintage entertainment experience, fire up your room's retro record player. And, as you turn in for the night, let your 50s-era "Sleep Mate" lull you to sleep with it's legendary white noise.

Courtyard King - B1 (Pet Friendly)

Soothing, plush and quiet; a California King Bed awaits, with high thread-count sheets, crisp white duvets and your choice pillows. Please be aware these rooms are shower only. Windows or French Doors open to a private courtyard with relaxing seating, dense lush landscaping and some with the sound of a tranquil fountain. Each suite has a personal refrigerator, a working area and a cozy place to kick back and watch TV. Kitchenette amenities upon request.

The offered rooms are at Inn at the Prom in Seaside, Oregon and are NON-VIEW rooms only. The suites have a deep jetted bath, sofa sleeper (full), coffee table, & snack kitchen with snack fridge and basic kitchen utensils for dining. Also included is free Wi-Fi, a TV, small table with two chairs, & a fireplace. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). Guests must be 21 years+ to book.

The Douglas on Third - Mini Suite #10

The Douglas on Third is a 100 year old building that has been completely redone, inside and out and offers one of the few places to stay on historic 3rd Street in downtown McMinnville. The rooms are quaint, not overly large, but we have built in most everything you will need during your visit!

Near the pier guesthouse - Room 88 (2 person)

***** PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK***** The good: this room is has a kitchen and dining area. The bad: SOUND! You will hear water and foot steps sounds from other guests upstairs. This is a basement room with 2 small Windows. We discounted this room for the above reason. Please ONLY BOOK if you are OK with the above description and agree not to leave a bad review.

The Deluxe King Suite is a spacious guest room featuring a king bed with a pillow top mattress. Included in this suite is free wifi, a comfortable seating area, and the communal kitchen located down the hall. It has its own private bathroom with shower, mini-fridge, and walnut counter top. While we allow pets in some rooms, this suite is not pet friendly.
