The apartment is very clean, comfortable and pleasant … the apartment is in an excellent location between Mall del Sol, the airport and a hospital. Juanfer is a kind person and always available. The only negative point was that when I checked in I had to wait 1 hour due to poor communication between Juanfer and the cleaning person, and I was tired from the trip and just wanted to bathe, lie down and sleep, but everything was cleared up after he apologized and allowed me to stay up to 1 more hour at check-out. I'm only sharing my experience, but the rest was 10/10. I would go back to his apartment again.

I highly recommend it, as apart from a very nice view thanks to the balcony. It has all the comforts imaginable and very pleasant everything. A separate thing is that the hostess is always attentive to any help that is needed. Which almost doesn't happen since the depto has it all. To work it is very comfortable and with fast internet. A very pleasant and spectacular stay. It has everything close by.

My stay in this depa was just excellent. From the moment I arrived the check-in was without any complication as well it was for the entrance to the social area, the atmosphere and space of the apartment was well cared for with all the amenities that could be needed for a quiet and very private stay, for the location and atmosphere I can say it was a 10/10 experience.

Everything was very good, the hotel bed was able to rest. It is in a great location because you have at your disposal different restaurants that I recommend walking a little more to get out of the tourist noise. Now this advantage is also a disadvantage if you are looking to rest since the apartment gives to restaurants and you can hear everything. The facilities are comfortable, the sauna could never use it. Call reception and they went up to light it after half an hour but it never started.

My stay at the place was very good overall, I felt comfortable and the space met what was expected. Everything was clean, well organized and the atmosphere was pleasant throughout the stay. I just want to mention a couple of details that could be improved for future visits - one of the inflatable mattresses was not working properly so it could not be used. Also, it would be helpful to have some extra bedspreads, especially if the weather gets cooler at night. Other than that, everything was great. I appreciate the hospitality and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you for everything!
