The apartment is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The location is unbearable for those who like to have all kind of options for food nearby. It is also close to Quicentro and supermarkets and pharmacies which makes it easy to get what you need.

It has a unique view, it is a very cozy place, it has everything nearby, you can walk to the metro station, the area is safe, Xavier was always attentive to our needs, we will not hesitate to stay here again, we had an incredible time, THANK YOU XAVIER

Loved this place, right on the Malacon walking distance to shops and restaurants, the ocean is across the street. you can't beat the view from the 20th floor....

Beautiful apartment on the beach. very spacious, has everything you need and more. Really nice pool that overlooks the beach. Some sun loungers as well, was always really quiet. We basically had it to ourselves. It was great for a few relaxing days after travelling. There's also a pool table / table tennis + a small gym. All the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. Fernando was equally very helpful and would answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return if back in Salinas.

I was very happy with my stay, small details with the use of the facilities that Silvana resolved immediately, but outside of that the place is beautiful, clean, I would return without a doubt, I would recommend the place is beautiful and very clean which is what I loved most, the location is ideal.

Juan's apartment is just like the pictures, with an extraordinary view, it is comfortable and very cozy. Juan is an excellent host, he was always attentive. My family and I spent some incredible days there. We'll be back for sure.

I think the only thing I could say that the facilities in wet areas have to be booked with 24h but from there everything is excellent recommended

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

An excellent place to spend a few days and rest. You will hardly find such a clean place. Spacious parking lot for any type of vehicle, and all kinds of covered needs. Definitely a pleasure to have stayed there 10/10
