The apartment has a large back deck that leads to off street parking with enough room for 3 cars. 10 minutes from Uptown Athens and Ohio University. Hocking Hills is a short 25 min. scenic drive.

It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. 2 bedroom (1 queen and 1 full size) apartment with 1 bath. Perfect for a short stay right in Athens. Very recently remodeled with wood and tile. All new furniture and new comfortable beds. Free parking for 3 cars right in front. Free washer and dryer in apartment. Our full kitchen will barely be used as we are located steps off of the main strip business district with many restaurants in walking or quick driving distance. Wal-Mart along with most shopping is right down the street.

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

This apartment is the second bed and breakfast that I am opening in the same location. It is walking distance to the Ohio University campus and uptown Athens. Just steps from the bike path and convenient walking distance for groceries, restaurants and all necessities. Across the street from Jackie O's Tap Room. You wont need to use your car at all and we have plenty of parking for it.
