Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Athens

First, the place is stunning. As shown in the photos, it’s an older building and the decor matches that well. The ceilings are quite high (12’?) and the unit is surprisingly sturdy - floors are solid and don’t creak, doors and windows work perfectly, sound insulation is good. Great location in an interesting neighbourhood, close to transit and restaurants. Christos was very friendly and welcoming. Overall an excellent choice.

A great large home, in a space you had your exclusive use, offering you privacy. It perfectly matched the description we read, having together and our doggy adapted immediately. Large spaces and for the time we visited it very warm , the heating of the space works perfectly. You can comfortably cook in the kitchen is complete.

This apartment was the best. The host partner was at the airport during our arrival to check-in. It was in a great location of Athens and the team accommodated us with everything we needed including a couple extra hours after check-out for luggage storage. Thank you so much!!

Mike’s place was a wonderful place to spend our last night in Greece. It is close to the airport, yet we didn’t hear any airplanes overhead. It is very close to the water and a lovely location for a seaside walk. Mike suggested a local restaurant and even made a reservation for us. We really appreciated his hospitality and recommend this accommodation.

Very nice and clean apartment in the suburbs of Athens. Our trip to Athens one of the days took only 40-50 minutes each way. The hosts live on the top floor and are always ready to help, they are exceptionally intelligent and delicate people. There is a Lidl store 8 minutes away with everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. We took a break from the noise of the city and enjoyed the sounds of the village. Thank you!!

Irene was such a kind host! She was very responsive and even helped us order food on a holiday! The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was an easy drive to the airport the next morning.

I would highly recommend this place. It has three nice bedrooms, all which have access to the large outdoor space. The rooftop is just amazing. I cant say enough about the location either, it is right in the middle of where you want to be. Marlen met us at the house and gave us a tour and showed us where everything was and helped us along our trip. I can't recommend enough.

great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and beautiful decoration .it is in the centre of Glyfada,5 minutes from all bars and restaurants.Nantia is a very and cooperative hostess

Awesome, magical, unforgettable. Already, there is a piano (notice to all pianists for whom this is a criterion of choice✨️👌🏻), and then the apartment is well located, very pretty with a terrace overlooking the acropolis. Lots of cool restaurants and bars nearby, and Barbara gives tips for getting out.

A fantastic location in the heart of Athens. Lots of nearby restaurants and bakeries. Close to both Syntagma Square and Monistiraki Square. Easy access to the subway as well. Felt safe walking around day and night. Place is big with a nice patio and incredible view of the Acropolis! The hosts have great communication! A few drawbacks that need mentioning is the bed is rock hard and it is difficult to get in/out the shower. Overall, would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Super friendly hosts and wonderful apartment

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Nice home in a good neighbourhood

We were a group of 10 people - family and friends that needed an overnite stay close to the airport with privacy for 5 couples. We had a very relaxing - even though very short - night and were very happy with the accomodation. We highly recommend and everyone of our group would return with full confidence. Thank you!

We loved our say. Communications were great as was the property and the location. I would recommend The blind in one of the bedrooms needs repaired. It was jammed shut. Which was a pity given the lovely weather.We did report and was promised it would be seen to Thanks Steve

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

This home was everything you could want or need! We were only staying one night to catch a flight but tried to enjoy the beautiful home and yard, as well as the amenities like the jacuzzi and games!! The host is extremely helpful and responsive!!

We loved the place. It's nestled on a hill side (as are most houses in that area). The house is well looked after and very roomy. Lefteris was living in the apartment next door, whilst fully respecting our privacy, it meant he was able to respond to the few requests we had very quickly. We had a lovely family holiday there!
