There's a comfortable hybrid mattress for two plus an extra memory foam mattress for two and a tent with a crib size memory foam pillow. Kitchenette is nicely equipped. This cute space is attached to our home yet has complete privacy. there is one bedroom with one queen size bed The living area has a dual reclining sofa and chair so comfy to watch tv or sit by the fireplace on chilly nights. The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.
