Monthly Rentals in Atlantic Beach

Lovely home, charming decor, comfy beds and excellent location! Perfect base for exploring the area and close to restaurants and shops. Loved the ocean view and easy beach access. Owners were responsive and went out of their way to help us with an unforseen flight delay just prior to our arrival. We wish we we had reserved for more than just 3 nights but plan to return. Thanks Mike and Jennifer!

Our group had the opportunity to stay at Steve's rental in Atlantic Beach just 1 block from the ocean. It was a comfort space, very reasonable price (since it was the off season), and we enjoyed the amenities that the kitchen offered as well as the aray of fun games at the house. Steve was very proactive as getting us setup for check in and responsive throughout our entire stay. A beautiful area and very peaceful in the winter. We loved exploring the beach and being so close to plenty of restaurants and town. A memorable stay!

We loved our stay at the beach! This was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for, beach accessibility by board walk, a nice pool (2), and close enough to see the water from the condo. Felt like our own little home. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great with our son with. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient! We did notice there was washer and dryers by the pool for community use also. The whole Southwinds area was clean and well maintained. Even the pool bathrooms were clean. There is also a great selection of beach supplies, books and cards to keep you entertained. We would definitely visit again if we come back to the area!

We had a great time at Linda’s condo. We love that you’re only steps away from the beach and pool.
