Vacation rentals with a balcony in Atri

We spent two weeks at the beginning of July. The house is just amazing. Solitaire on a small hill a few 100 meters from the sea, surrounded by a real small park, it enjoys an absolutely pleasant breeze in the summer heat. The rooms are spacious, breezy and sunny, and the balconies, finished by beautiful themed mosaics (Gran Sasso to the west and the Cerrano Tower to the east) further up the already significant square footage and offer unique moments of relaxation. As if that wasn't enough, the host is unique in their discreet presence; tips, advice, but also simple conversations about different times add a magical touch to the days. Together with their wife and daughter, they are a team that goes above and beyond to make the guest feel comfortable. What else can I say? When you arrive in this corner of Paradise you already know that the restart will be painful and sad but you are also sure that you will spend days that you will keep forever in the gallery of your best memories. We had a really wonderful time at Il Noceto. The local hosts were great and the house is wonderful: well-equipped with a great location. The pool is great and the view over the valleys that surround it are wonderful.

Our host was very kind and friendly. He suggested things to do in the area which we enjoyed. He even brought us a bottle of wine on Easter Sunday! Very attentive, would highly recommend :)

We were two families and had a great time. Very large house with large outdoor spaces, very comfortable barbecue area and finally a large swimming pool overlooking the valley. Great location 15 minutes from the sea. Highly recommended
