We discovered our cottage by chance in 2019 & with enthusiasm and a lot of love for detail into a feel-good place in the beautiful Westerwald. (March 2020-August 2021) It is important to us and especially to me (Janine, a trained hotel specialist) to help other people rediscover the small and big things, moments & beauties in life closer again. Through time for yourself alone, with the family or even after work in our cottage and especially in the nature of the Westerwald. Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Die großzügige Unterkunft ist geeignet für Familien, Freunde oder auch Paare. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, den Wald und den Golfplatz (mit öffentlichem Restaurant) erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. Der Ruhrradweg führt durch Neheim-Hüsten, somit auch für Radfahrer als Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet. Es gibt per Auto rundherum innerhalb einer halben Stunde viel zu erkunden, wie z.B. die Sorpe- und Möhnetalsperre, die Altstadt Arnsberg und auch die historische Stadt Soest.

The quaint cottage Gabi is located above the Hennese lake & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland countryside. It is fully made of wood inside & exudes cozy coziness in a quaint atmosphere. Courtesy as before 30 years! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sheep couch in the living room & bedroom floor on about 51 m ², so that there is space for 5-6 guests. Idyllically located under old trees in a small mountain village with beautiful sun terrace and a heavenly panoramic view of nature. On cooler days, in addition to the central heating, the well-dried wood in the fireplace brings cozy warmth and a crackling atmosphere into the spacious living/dining room. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to try it out; spices on site. Good Wi-Fi reception, also on the terrace. Parking is right in front of the house. Dogs are welcome.

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.
