Wonderful stay at Sylvie's place. Quiet while being close to the lake, shops and activities! An apartment totally true to photos and descriptions, a real pleasure to relax in the hot tub after a good day of activities! There is everything you need to enjoy the surroundings of the lake. We were able to indulge in our hobbies for 3 days: Rollers, bikes and steps. The kids were thrilled and the setting is really sumptuous! A big thank you for the welcome, kindness and kindness to us. A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

We had a great stay. The accommodation had everything we needed for a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had the best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on good restaurant tips around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. Thanks again for everything!

We went to Cyrille's cottage at 15 for an EVG and enjoyed ourselves for a weekend. We initially thought we would go to the lake or take a hike but with all the activities on site we didn't even need it, the atmosphere being already there. Cyrille was welcoming and accommodating.

A huge thank you to Dominique and Albert for their exceptional hospitality! We had an unforgettable weekend in their beautiful home with a breathtaking view of Lake Aiguebelette. Everything was perfect: the jacuzzi, the sauna, the pool... a real haven of peace. The accommodation is impeccable, tastefully decorated, and every detail is designed to offer a relaxing and pleasant stay. Dominique and Albert are very kind, warm and caring hosts. We immediately feel at home. We will come back without hesitation!

Lesley was very nice. The house and the surroundings are wonderful. There's only peace and quiet. House spacious, clean, with lots of light... you can feel the love put by Lesley. Our two dogs had a great time and were able to meet the other pets in the house. Thank you so much

We stayed at Fred's place during a weekend hiking with our dog 🐶 The accommodation was very clean, the bedding very comfortable, we highly recommend this place! Small bonus, for its location, close to lots of walks. ☺️ Although we couldn't see Fred when we arrived, the phone contact was very friendly and the instructions were very accurate! Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I would recommend it!

Great stay at dom's, lake aj end of the garden, too short a stay in this superb environment! Our canoeing experience with the kids was great Dominica always available to ensure our comfort, even at the daylight time of our arrival We recommend it!!! Stay 4 days with two children aged 6 and 12, in May.

We lived in this temporary listing for a month and a half while waiting to find a fixed place. The setting is idyllic and matched our expectations. Close to the city center by car, walk all around and surrounded by nature. A refreshing, relaxing place with super nice hosts. Very responsive to requests and a friendly side. I would recommend it 100%. Thank you for hosting us!

We spent a weekend in this superb accommodation ideally located in a beautiful green setting. The flexible arrival was very appreciated, and Philippe's warm welcome is to be highlighted! Very functional accommodation, full of charm, beautiful exterior appreciated by our dog. We can only recommend and will not hesitate to return if we return to the area.

Very beautiful and large house with its outbuilding. Wonderful setting of tranquility and charm with a beautiful pool. Several terraces all around. Very complete equipment. A great place for business cohesion meetings.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Jo and Anita's place was amazing! The dazzling garden! We spent our time enjoying the outdoors and walks straight from the house. The area is quiet and soothing. It's extremely well equipped for large families! Great stay! We'll come back without hesitation!

Sylviane and Jean are very responsive hosts. Jean hosted us extremely well, was very attentive to us and flexible on our departure, in addition to being extremely friendly. Very cute and well-equipped cottage, very nice view, no complaints. We would recommend it without thinking twice!

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!
